Nisus Gallery and Portland City Art proudly present “Over Water” curated by Andrea “Ray” Boyle of Portland City Art. “Over Water” is nine PDX Bridge Festival artists that captures the patined beauty of style, oxidation, and the locally owned necessities of the urban affair. Not literally “bridges” the selected works explore appeal of hidden alcoves, who you will meet in secret spaces, or wonder “what is that guy doing?”
